Technical director licensed FIFA by the Peruvian soccer federation (FPF) and Alas Peruanas University. Qualified in the training of minors, soccer tailored to the child, physical trainer, and training with overload in modern soccer for physical preparation by ESEFUL with the code 200070. Certified in futsal and goalkeeper coach by IPD / ANEF (National Association of soccer coaches of the Peruvian Soccer Federation). Certified by the US Soccer Federation.

Within his work experience, it is highlighted his technical direction at the Club Universitario de Deportes as a coach for minors (1999-2001). From 2001 to 2002 in DIRSEG (Children's Club of the National Police from Peru) in the competitive team sub-89. In 2003 as a physical trainer at the El Carmen Sports Club. From 2003 to 2005 in Escuela de Futbol Atletico Nacional Juniors as technical director and responsible for all categories. From 2004 to 2006 in America Cochahuayco (Club Universitario de Deportes) with sub-17, second professional. From 2005 to 2007 in team A of the sub-15 of Club Universitario de Deportes, sub champions in the International Governmental Cup Tournament Cordoba, Argentina.
